Does anybody on this thread know if the road from Toledo to Aloguinsan, then to Barili, passable? Is the road condition okay for an Crossover? I am thinking of using this route going to Samboan as the traffic in Minglanilla-Carcar is frequently unbearable.

Currently in Lapu-Lapu. Water situation is still shitty but improving, some water flows out the pipes during some times of the day. Manual water pump for backup, given for free by kind neighbors, but please donate for pump maintenance. Still no electricity in my area, but LGU got some parts with power. Mayor Junard "Ahong" Chan is very active in FB, 10.0.0.0.1 192.168.1.254 check it for updates and help. Cell signal is spotty - only text, no reliable data yet. Road clearing ops are going well, but trash are piling up in the streets since manpower is focused on power grid/comms.
