Had my share of the ups and downs of relationships and am at times stuck to what the real purpose of this "ties" are. Been single for quite some time now and my motivations for getting one has been quite obscure, and w/ time........ I ask myself, what do i get from this relationships?-w/ this i always get stuck.

serious relationships --> you end up being happy. provided you're both committed, sincere and the relationship will last.
non-serious relationships --> you'll be having fun, but not necessarily happy. usually, this don't last long. and for most part, you end up regretting in the end

i think most people that engage in non-serious relationship are scared to be hurt, scared of commitment, scared of taking risks. perhaps maybe because of previous traumas/hurt or stories they hear from other people.

helur! obviously if your into a NON serious relationship, then you dont want commitment.i think that is the main point about it. you just wanna have fun. its just like trying one shoes, you try different kinds and stick with the one that works for you. you'll have shoes that would definitely be painful to wear and give you bruises, but there are the ones that would just be perfect. so if your not so serious, you just need something to wear "for the meantime" while the perfect pair has not yet arrived...
