    For me, depression has been a big problem for a long time. I've tried different ways to make myself feel better, and it took me a while to find the best ways of dealing with it.     Cannabis helps to reduce depression. If it's legal in your state, take a suggestion from a doctor!
    and another way if it's possible to spend a lot of time with family.
