Planning to buy digital camera budget range :

option 1: 8-12k

option 2: 10-15k

option 3: 15-20k

option 4: 20-30k

option 5: 30-50k

currently my choice is option 1 : Olympus C-170 (#c170)

In short ganahan ko mo palit ug digital camera na barato pero nindot ug quality sa photos.

pronelgraine : if your aiming for a POINT AND SHOOT CAMERA and only satisfied with 3R or 5R pics size, the 4MP is great for you

But if in the future you are maybe thinking of doing some serious photography, you might wanna check these dSLRs.

Price : $1,000 +/-

Brief Review : 8Megapixel / DIGIC II and new CMOS sensor by Canon. With a descent 2.5FPS. It almost has all the technology of a Canon 20D with a smaller plastic body compared to 20Ds Magnesium Alloy body.

Brief Review : a staggering 5FPS with an 8.2Megapixel resolution. One of Canon's high performance value for money dSLR.

Nikon D70
Price : $1,000 +/-

Brief review : This camera is the counterpart of Canon's 350D, although it only has a 6.2megapixel resolution, it's really not noticable when printing 11x17 sizes. The performance of this camera is said to be undenyable great. Although it's a matter of personal taste, the D70 is surely one kick-ass camera to look forward to.
