Just wondering... why Cebu City residents have to suffer the exorbitant prices charged by habal habal drivers. The city government has to coordinate with every barangay to set up new routes using modern electric Jeeps. Why wait? Public service is more important than the votes from habal habal drivers.

The other day, a habal habal driver offered to take me to mactan airport at P600. I refused and ended up paying 386 for a taxi ride to the airport. Look how much money you can save in a day especially if you live in the areas served only by habal habals.

its simple. habalhabal is not regulated. but the LGU allowed it. you have to be careful sa habalhabal kay walay insurance ang passenger ana or walay tarong insurance ang passenger ana. so ride at your own risk.

if you saw the photo in sunstar lately over the "collision" at SRP between a bongo truck and a motorbike, pwerting pagka lupyaka sa nawong sa bongo. patai kuno ang mother and the baby was in serious condition. i hope dili habal habal ang nasakyan kai wa jud makobra. kung tinuod nga collision, it means they are meeting from opposite directions pero ang truck bongo naa sa iyang lane. ang motorbike in that case could be doing a "counterflow" which is by law a violation on our road rules.
