Are you an agent, broker or buyer? Anyway, buying a foreclosed property is the most safest transaction sa real estate. Kay sure gyud nga ang property imo ma purchase clean ang title. I mean walay kaso or walay laing tag-iya. Dili man ibaligya sa bank kung walay klaro ang papers or else sila ang mabaliktad ug kiha...
Tapos may chance pa ka nga makabarato, specially pag auction or bidding system...
What you need to be able to participate sa bank auctions is P20,000 which is deductible sa amount or refundable kun dili ka maka daug sa bidding.
Kung makadaug ka sa bidding, after 5 days, kinahanglan magbayad ka na ug 10% sa price ng property. Which entitle you to make repairs or improvements sa property. Then mag-issue ka ng PDC para sa monthly amortization. You have an option to choose how many years ka magbayad at an stipulated percentage.
you need to have a broker. otherwise, if wala ka broker, the bank will assigned a broker for you. pm me if you are interested sa amo assistance.
