Hala I don't mean to be rude noh pero apparently you should read the rules before posting
As for your question, daghan ra mu reply nimo ug "use google", "use forum search function", etc pero since wala kay gi-state nga specific purpose nimo for choosing a laptop or even just a budget, kani ra akong ma recommend nimo
If you're into Apple products and the nice sossy cliche it adds to your "gear" buy a fully loaded MacBook Pro from Apple Store Philippines
If you're not an apple fanboi (fangurl), buy the most expensive Sony VAIO Z set-up from Sony Philippines
Both are well over 130,000 pesos (especially the VAIO) pero they usually get any job done while turning some heads at the local coffee shop.
*edit* As for being a "reliable" brand, I guess you're concerned with defective unit replacement and/or product support in general, the aforementioned units have "Service Centers" hopefully with the already high-price you bought them, usually they come with you-can-demand-more-attention-from-the-shop-employees-since-you-bought-such-an-expensive-gadget

i think nana ni nga question sa Computer Hardware nga section sis.. daghan motabang nimo ngadto..
im using a Compaq Presario B1200 (Specific Build B1206VU)..its over a year old and no problems so far..aftersales support is very accessible since there are HP stores in sm and ayala and their official partner for aftersales service is N-Genius which also has outlets in sm and ayala..my laptop is a little outdated, but since im no hardcore gamer or heavy user and prefer portability over performance (the B1200 is a 12.1" ultraportable and weighs around <2kgs),it fits my needs..there is still a unit for sale at Electroworld Ayala(im not so sure) at 4++++ but different specific build..
Hope it helps sis..
