when is the best time to take diet pills? before or after meal?

guys, when is the best time to take slimming pills like xenical for example... better ba ang before meal? right now im taking it after meal coz naa man sa iya prescription but ana lage ako friend na before meal daw mas better para mas effective daw... mao nag libog sad ko...

xenical works by binding to the "fatty stuff" you ingest thereby preventing most of it from getting absorbed in the body and consequently the "fatty stuff" gets "flushed out" of your system when you defecate. You'll notice imong feces medyo oily. With other diet pills that work by suppressing your appetite, common sense dictates that you take it before a meal because if you do take it after you've had food, that kinda defeats the purpose, doesn't it? *sorry for the sarcasm but this is totally for humor and not meant to offend you*
