Sounds like a threat and may qualify as harassment. And I'd like to add, your concern is very valid.

Sa akong nahibaw-an harassment is the use of words, acts or behavior that causes alarm, annoyance or emotional
distress to a victim or witness.

I suggest to raise your complaint to the higher ups sa school. If the principal will not do anything, go to the District Office and complain.. Been my experience as well and they usually help.

pero if you really want to make a case out of it then what he said if can be proven can be used against him IF he further does any action in continuity with what was previously expressed by him.
