    Default webhosting problem

    Guys,

    Ask lang ko bah...gi-daganan man gud mi sa among IT head...karun ang problema kay ang access sa among webhosting para sa among email and website kay dili ihatag nya...ang dakong demalas kay ang company credit card details gi-apil ug gamit sa among previous IT head para purchase ug items para sa iyang self...suko kaayo among amo...nagpadala na ug demand letter pero gi-tago2x lang mi....

    Karun hinuon kay gipa-putol na ang credit card pero wala gihapon mi access sa among webhosting para sa email..

    Naa bay lain pama-agi nga ma-access ning among webhosting?

    You can contacy the hosting provider and inform the details of what happened basically they will ask you some proof that own that domain if the domain registered under your company name.

    naa pa. depende kung unsa email address ang associated sa web hosting account. unsa na nga web hosting company?

    contact the web host and inform that your IT guy is no longer connected with your "company". if mo ask ug mga details usually ang payment transaction ana ila e ask then hatagan nka ug admin access ana boss.
