CAMP RED is not a mountaineering group. It is a place for bushcraft & survival enthusiasts. We do not replicate the same activities conducted by most outdoor clubs and we are quite different. We are more on skills and improvisation rather than relying on gears.

CAMP RED does not adhere to the letter the 7 Principles of the Leave No Trace but will respect the spirit of its intention. We will adopt our own standards with regards to our relations with the environment.

CAMP RED is for the environment. We will oppose any private individual, corporation or government entity that will harm the environment and ecology of the mountains through online petitions and blog write-ups.

CAMP RED is for charity. We will share books, food, clothes, toys, free medicine and other needs for the benefit of the children who live on the mountains.

CAMP RED members enjoy its meals eaten just fresh from the cooking fire and everyone is encouraged to develop their survival skills. We embrace hard labor when we practice our craft and consider it as the genuine hallmark of real bushmen.

CAMP RED bushmen love their blades and are passionate about their skills and crafts.

Finally, CAMP RED prides itself as the only Philippine bushcraft & survival guild south of Subic Bay.
