Hello everyone.... I am having terrible upper back pains. Do you know of an excercise or a good doctor who can help. Thanks in advance to people who will care

try to look for a doctor who specilizes in chiropatic therapy..ako sis ka try sa ayala.. i think more or less tag P850 ang bayad mu kuto2x jud daw imu back..mahoman cya mga 5-10mins. depends sa back problems

consult a physiatrist which is a doctor of physical medicine and rehabilitation. not all back pains are caused by your spine, pwede ni sya muscular or nervous in origin but madiagnose ka after a physical exam and other test such as x-ray and others. about naman sa physiatrists, naa daghan sa chonghua rehabmedics or sa perpetual soccour hospital.

1 session ra ni ang kang Dr. Pardis? 850/consultation? mahala pud oi. Sakit pud akong lower back, usually ma feel nko everytime I wake up in the morning but gradually mawala ra pud xa.

i;ve tried lower back pains pd before.. i went to dr.flordeliz.. he just gave me meds.. kay sa nerve daw to.. na wagtang dayon after a few days..
