What would you do if your ISP does this?

- your internet connection has a problem for more than a month now.

- you called-in your concern eversince the first day of installation/problem occurence.

- representatives keeps asking you the same godd*mn questions eversince you called last month.

- they keep telling you they're gonna handle the problem personally

- everytime you call there is still no update and that system admin has given no feedback yet.

- they PROMISED to call you and give you updates but never did (happened many times)

- representative tells you to look for him/her on your next call but fails to entertain you when they know nothing has been done.

- always asks for apologies but always commits the same mistakes over and over again.

- tells you to give them one more chance when in fact you've given them thousands of it.

- begs you not to disconnect your connection yet and that assures you of quick response.

kung wa sila ka deliver sa promised service, why pay? let them know bisan tawag lang sa csr kay recorded man ang message na pa disconnect na ka...'yaw too ana ikiha ka tungod kay naka lockin period pa ka...para ra na sa mga ignorante...pakihaa lang kung kaya nila.

kung di ka kuntento, let them know na pa-disconnect na ka...naa ra nila ang next move basta let them know.

hmm sounds like my story, damn Globe, ok ra kung wala ka problema pero kung problema na ilang equipment(cabinet), why can't they do the simple thing and just replace it!

i've seen most of your posts and all thay tell is about viruses.. if you understood my statements above, viruses are way out of the question..
