Do you think that it is necessary to have mentors for business and for life as well?
I've seen this site, his giving lessons in making money online. Do you think it's effective?

I think nindot ning naay mentor at least naay guidance..but when it comes to making money, some people I know who are quite successful in generating income are reluctant to share their secrets

Of course it's important.. well for me, it is. Pero wa pa lang jud ko kakita ug real mentor. Ive been looking for a mentor to guide me for my career and the financial matters as well pero murag lisod jud. It's best if outside your company or business para unbiased ang perspective. As for now, I only try to pool and filter whatever i learn from colleagues or some of the bosses ive talked to para at least naa koy reference when making decisions.

hmm.. I have to disagree with you on this. no offense.. But, I really believe that the truly successful ones will share and help people. Success doesn't come from working hard all alone. It comes from having people lifting you up into success. We need others to help us become successful.

For me, it is good to have a coach. Follow your coach someday you will become one too.
A good leader is a good follower and coachable.

Wealthy people are coachable and never stop acquiring knowledge that relates to their profession but Broke people are not coachable, they won't listen to a coach, they make their own ways and don't want to be taught.

18. Broke people think it is okay for others to live where they want to live, drive what they want to drive, and do what they want to do. Wealthy people expect to live where they want to live, drive what they want to drive, and do what they want to do.
19. Broke people are accepting of the fact they cannot do these things. Wealthy people get sick just thinking about being average.
20. Broke people think that other people’s opinions are worth more than their dreams. Wealthy people think that their dreams are worth more than other people’s opinions.

We must learn to be wealthy. We must learn from the Broke and neither do what they do, nor think what they think.

ako i do have mentors buzzing around me. hehehe and very important to listen to them. kay nag succeed naman sila. sulti pa, you become who you listen to. if you listen to a broke person, you will be broke. but if you listen to a millionaire, guess what?
