We see them everyday in palengkes or sa mga tabo...

(1) it somehow alleviates poverty by creating a decent source of income for the poor...

(2) provides cheap clothes for the poor...

(3) some say this shouldn't have been sold but given to charity instead...

(4) store retailers are complaining that they lost a large percentage of sales coz of this...

(5) is this legal?

(6) sometimes we feel hugaw ni cla but ok ra para sa pobre...

somehow this is true. it's supposed to be given to charity, not re-sold...wala pa gyuy taxes ni cla for the gov't. ang abang ra sa pwesto ang ilang bayran.

but if so, how does these items pass thru Customs and DTI?
