If you watch the video, when the tow truck arrived, they don't even care to find the driver by using their Siren and Paging System. Atras dayon

No prarking should be towed and should be in proper towing procedure.

As far as I know No parking should be towed. Pero naa pud ni sa ilang instructions nga, before towing, they should use their Siren and Paging System to find or call the attention of the driver. Kung walay driver for few minutes,.....that's the time for them to tow away the vehicles. Kung naa ang driver, they have the rights to inform the driver for the violation and issue a violation ticket.

If you can see the video, wala gyud ni nila gi buhat......ang mga towing personnel murag mga iro ambak lang pud dayon para mo tow.....even the driver is behind the vehicle.

Para walay reklamo, towing personnel should follow the correct towing procedure ug naa pud unta silay deciplina sa ilang kaugalingon pag tow.....

Dili ra man ang mga private vehicles naay problema.....even commuters naa man pud problema. Pataka lang pud sakay ug kanaog sa jeep gawas sa jeepny stop. How about Jay-Walking? Ang mga jeep / taxi pataka lang ug hunong para pick-up ug passenger?
