95% nga concept sa tawo is "anak, study hard aron pag-graduate nimo, magna cum laude ka then MAKAKUHA ka og tarong nga trabaho nga DAKO og sweldo". (the purpose of good job is BIG income)

sa mga businessman: "anak, aral ka ha para pag-graduate mo imo na ato negosyo"

nope, i'm into investing (ginagmay lang) in mutual funds...i was thinking of getting a pag-ibig loan to build a house for rent but then when i did my math as kiyosaki said, alkanse ko. so changed my mind.
