it depends on your style and access to the locations.

you can shoot form marcelo or the old mactan bridge. you can shoot from the shore. or you can shoot while onboard one of the boats.

for any of the locations, be there early. daghan na gani kaayo tao by 4am. so try 3am? but if naa ka access or lakas ka, then way blema. if ordinary ra, be there early gyud.

hahahahhaa... no oi. dili ta lakas. I'm hoping pa some of my friends can get me in one of those boats. I can only go wide or up close since I only have a kit lens. so if I can't get on any of the boats, then I have to be on the bridge early. As in 3AM. dungan ta hayden hahahaha...
