    Default Customer Service of Cebu Malls


    I dont know where to put this topic so I hope the mods will just move this topic to the proper place.

    " Have anyone here had an experience from a very bad customer service sa mga malls dire sa cebu? Kay sa ako experience, specially sa tanan Gaisano Stores and Robinsons Ramos, bati man ang ila customer service. Nya mangasaba pa ila cashiers diha sa supermarket area. I filed a complaint sa ila offices pero sad to to say nothing happened."

    What can the customers do if we are being harrased by this idiot staff sa mga malls? Diba customers, should always be right? Asa man ta ka reklamo ani?

    Share naman inyo experiences.

    mao sab akong nakita bay. kana bitaw sa gaisano pagka-bati-a sa ilang batasan diha. ambot asa ta mo-complain ani. useless gihapon ni atong reklamo against sa customer service personnel. basin ing-ana sab na ang batasan sa ilang mga amo, kay ing-ana man sab ang ilang mga batasan.

    im sure na-ay gihimo ang management if na-ay complaints...but maybe kulang lang gyud sila ug hatag mga seminars sa ilang employees....the best thing for us to do is not to visit the establishments......

    i guess it's also hard for us to blame these personnels coz i bet they don't get paid that much.. and ang pgka arrogante lang jud sa pinoy ba.. d jd na mawa oi..

    maybe ang staff had a bad day, mao magkusmod iyang nawong ug mangasaba in front sa imong beauty ug mang haras pa jud.
    cge tingale sayop sukli ang cashier, nagmuro kay makatapal ug dako. Unsa man nga harrass?

    Try duol sa supervisor or manager. It may help you solve the problem.

    ayala and SM i think has the best customer service, IMHO.

    Naa to siguro dismenorya mao nga arrogante kaayo nga cashier. I bet she hate her job and she needs to quit soon (I hope). I tried to complain sa manager but way action nya gi ingnan lang ko nga pasensiyahi nalang na kay sa kadaghan daw sa ila customers mao nga maglagot usahay ang ila staff. Maybe they dont need more customers kay dili man sila maka accomodate.

    I agree. In Ayala, even their products are more expensive than the other malls mas nindot ila service. Nya you can complain directly sa ila office (with quick response) if you are being maltreated by their staff. Pero this Gaisano Stores and Robinsons, mga HAMBOG kaayo ang ila staff. Makalagot!!!
