INTERRUPT_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED BSOD Problem

I'm a casual gamer (no super nice hardware para maka max ug settings.haha)
I have a Lenovo G480 laptop
i3-2328M (2.2ghz x 4)
8gb 1333mhz DDR3
Intel HD 3000


So, previously, akong mem kay 2gb x 2 for RAM (totaling 4gb) and had Windows 7 ultimate x86. I do casual gaming (LoL, DotA 2) nia wala ra jd kaayo any problems with regards to crashing, freezing, etc.


Recently, I upgraded to a 64-bit W7 Ultimate and upped my RAM to 8gb (single stick). Karun, everytime mu-play kog DotA 2 or any game, mu-work siya for 5-10 mins then mu BSOD dayun.

Di kaayo ko computer techie na guy so I hope you guys could help me with this problem.


Note though that I recently updated my DirectX to the latest via Microsoft's update pack. So I guess there're no problems there.


It's really kinda frustrating that I'm getting these problems AFTER updating to better specs.

Based on my research on the issue you are experiencing. STOP 0x0000003D INTERRUPT_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED error is basically caused either a Software or Hardware issue. Before you diagnose or troubleshoot and jump in to the hardware, make it sure it's not a software problem. How about try re installing your Windows 7 OS (Fresh Install), this is to test if it's not really a software issue, if it's the same then it should be within hardware.
