    Default Are call centers affected by the global financial crisis?


    are they? will they be terminating workers just like companies from different sectors? will they stop or freeze hiring temporarily? or will they continue as if there is no crisis going on? state your views/opinions.

    oh yeah.. im curious about this too.. ive been watching the news lately then it was said there na for this year sprint nextel will lay-off 8000 people and general motors, 2000.. i was thinking na basin apil ang outsourcing ani bah.. but naa pud to g.interview na taga call center na ok ra man daw ang status and that they can actually absorb applicants pa ky para daw maka save ang mga contact centers didto u.s, diri nlng sila nag outsource kay cheap ang cost of labor...

    so far wala pro basin puhon... mahibaw.an ra btaw nya na

    pro sa pagka karn gahi pamn...cge pa gani pang hire dri, sakto c diane_17 cge cla tinak-takay dd2 kai mahalon ang mga tao nya mga bogoon sd tingai, dri nlang cla outsource kai cheap and cost of labor.

    pero if youre refering to USD conversion to PHP...
    of course not! kadako sa ginansya sa callcenter companies. even small scale call centers can gain money

    mas mo prefer sila sa labor jud if mag outsourcing labina na sa Asia kay barato ra jud kaau ang labor ingon sa akong Tiyo nga naa sad plano mag outsource diri.... UNsaon nlng kung manaktak ang Sprint... wla na tay high flyer og maximize ani.... faet...

    affected but lower naman gud daan ang cost of operations nila diri.. the small and medium sized centers maybe affected but 50 50 na ang kasagaran nga dagko nga center... like what happened with PeopleSupport..

    akong Nadungan sa news kay mu offer man daw nuon silag jobs. Ako ning nakit.an sa Qtv katong ni patok ang news na ni close ang intel sa Luzon.

    some big and known players dri sa pilipinas kay mu dawat na gani sila part time\contractual kay dli sila sure kung ang ilaha client mka sustain ba sa ila comitment.
    so magstart na gyud ta tigum ani kay wala gyud ta kabalo kung naa pa muhatag nto ug sweldo nga ingon ani ka nindot
