So, I've just read that the Royal Institution Singapore claims to be a legitimate educational entity that confers degree bearing fellowships to whoever can pay. The institution itself is registered in Singapore but their president is from the Philippines. Not only that. I've read that Quiboloy got eight degrees.
Can anyone living in Singapore confirm this?
