oh. i no longer use soap. cetaphil nalng ung liquid. i do drink lots of water and i use moisturizer as well. but its still dry.

have u tried using tender care? i have oily skin, too. i've tried different soaps and ended up with tender care. after that, i only get pimples during my periods. my moisturizer is oil of olay with uv protection. so far, it works for me.

if u want to have a wonderful skin...just do a water therapy coz water can wash away impurities inside ur body...ur blood will be clean, ur cells will be renewed...and so as ur skin...

I also have skin asthma before, cause? sabi ng derma is STRESS, i was stress sa school ska sa pag lose weight, she advise me to take some medicine and Lactic Lotion Rx by doctors. I use only Dove soap. very effective!!!

for a good dermatologist, i highly recommend dra. marilou ong! naa xa sa diaz building sa cebu doc..she ca n help u dyud! trust me!
