    Default NEED TIPS: on how to gain weight


    Maaung gabii ninu.. Ask lng tko tips on how to gain weight? ky daot mn au ko gud.. bsan unsaon nko ug kaon mura wla jud epekto.. sauna d mnta ni nko gi mind pero karon mura dapat najud nko atimanon sd oi.. ah 5'7 ko den 110 lbs rko.. underweight au ko.. please help.. kana lng tinarong.. gnhn ta ko mo sud gym, d bah na uwaw ngadto ky layo ra au tag lawas sa mga ga gym bah.. ni suggest mn gud uban frends nko.. comments n suggestions is highly appreciated.. thankz in advance..

    bro, gym ra jd tambal ana then eat pag.ayo. Ayaw uwaw gd. pila ka days ra na uwaw, after that naning nka sa gym. Mas uwaw ang tugsoy kaayo bro, dba?

    2.Eat a lot of carbo, protein and fats.
    3.Get a lot of sleep so your muscles can 'grow'
    4.Rest between workouts

    sayon ra magpatambok but lisud kaayo magpa.slim.ako saona slim ayo ko but kana lagi sige lami ang sud.an nya ang plato daku pajud so makadani jud og kaon basta imo plato daku kay bati man daw naay mahabilin kaon.so if you want to have fats in you body just eat and eat.think always sa food imo ganahan then kaon nasad ka always think ra jud.then after kaon higda ayaw sige lihuk2x like in household chores so just sleep ba ron or sit.then after a week like me ni tambok ko pero di sad as in tambok 50 kilos ako weight karon saona 41 kilos ra...
