    • The best bank to apply for bank loan?
    • Ang mga SA kay mo offer man sila nga sila ra mo apply for us.. is it advisable? or would it be better kami duol sa bank to get a lower interest?
    • choosing between honda jazz, city, New Vios, or mirage, (slightly on Hyundai accent because of the price cut..)

dapat naa jud ka sir extra money aside from the down..lisud na wala ka extra for emergencies

BPI daw nindot and low interest rates..pero strict lang sila for payment...sabi daw kay e.impound daw car mo if dugay naka.wala bayad2
okay ra sa SA ka mag.apply..actually magsabot raman na sila with the bank (like lawyers are enemies in court but actually friends outside na)

    as for the car choices
Jazz - good quality, just expensive parts, but good service
City - same as Jazz, but less the space
Vios - worth the money, plus cheaper parts and slightly good service
Mirage - good sad, ideal for small families or starting pa, also for professionals who just need a daily commute to work coz di kaayo ni gastos sa gasolina

Accent - better if ang model na with diesel engine(I think its 800k-something), reliability on parts and maintenance is idk, pero murag okay2 raman daw according sa friend ko

Jazz na dretso!! - jst slap on some decent rims n springs... Daog na!
From tokyo drift "u think imma letcha roll in a hyundai?"

Mirage - keep yur manhood intact... Only girls shud drive this half car...
Vios - new model, nice looks... But are ya willin to gamble on havin d same car as most taxis (white n yellow) will be or cops will b rollin on??

Nway, jst my personal 2 cents... At d end of d day, its where yur most happy with...

Sa ako experience TS regarding sa car imo choice, pangita kana nindot ug after sales service like if naa ayuhonon imo car. Mas mau honda ka TS mas nindot depreciation value sa imo car as the years go by.

    1) Banks generally have lower interest rates than casa. So better if directly sa bank ka mag-inquire ug rates vs imo SA sa casa. Ask around sa mga banks. Some banks mag-offer ug freebies like free LTO registration, insurance, etc. BPI kay naa free insurance. Last time, Metrobank kay pinakagamay ug interest rate goffer. Depende sa imo negotiation skills, pwede ka maka negotiate ug freebies sa mga bank. Pwede pud nmo cla i-pit against each other kung kinsa ang maka offer ug mas lower interest rate.
    2) Check pud pila ang downpayment ug free na ba ang LTO, insurance ug chattel mortgage. Para makahibaw ka pila imo total cash out para you can start driving your new car.
    3) Compute, compute, compute. Pila ang initial cash out, monthly amortization, gas expenses ug car maintenance.

Jazz, Accent HB, Mirage - smaller trunk space than city and vios (city has bigger trunk space than vios) unless ifold ang rear seats (if naa child stroller, maigo ba? everyday ba ko naa daghan cargo dala?)
Vios - default safe choice especially sa maintenance and parts availability
Accent HB - diesel, cheaper magpagas ug powerful; but a bit "expensive" daw to maintain kay diesel (low quality ang diesel sa pinas, dapat careful asa ka magpa-gas)
Jazz, City - higher resale value sa name na Honda (with Jazz mas higher); a bit expensive pud ang maintenance
Mirage - least expensive but with all the toys/safety equipment ug fuel efficient

    gudluck and happy car hunting!

very good feedback sir.. i appreciate giving me a detailed head's up of what i need to figure out.. i like the idea of accent because it's diesel.. but if would hit me with maintenance cost and the uncertainty of hyundai service then i would pretty much consider honda or toyota.. i love the mirage's toys.. but it's small.. the hyundai sedan 1.4L is even lesser in price.. so it's a tough call..

    strong contenders are

jazz, accent hb, and new vios.. so far that's my top choices.. fallback nako ang mirage and hyundai sedan.. tungod kay lower ila price.. ehehhe
