PC Problem I need your opinion !

Naka encounter namo problem sa inyong pc kanang ig on nimo ok pa then after mga 5 (more or less) minutes mo kalit ra ug off/ restart ang pc, after that ig restart nya dli na sya mo detect sa cd-rom. Ang settings sa CD-ROM is naka master sa secondary IDE. ( wala g overclock ang pc ) Standard ra tanan ang settings.

Dli ba cguro ang akong power supply dli na kadaog sa akong pc, mao mag in ana sya?

17" ViewSonic Flat Monitor
P4 2.0 Ghz ( Asus P4V533-MX Board )
512 RAM
Sony Combo Drive
80 Gig hard drive

Walay virus ang pc, kay bago ra nako g fdisk/format

o... sakto na... tarunga imo ng mga HD's bacn na luag rana... den limpyohi... e-upgrade sad na imo procesor oi.. kng naa ka moni.. para saako 2.0 nya 512mem.. dili jud na mag abot.. opinion lang..

Yes. Maka boot gyud sya sa OS, then after 5 minutes or less mo kalit ra ug off then ang 2nd IDE dli na mo detect sa CD-ROM drive (master sa 2nd IDE), mag siga nalang pirme ang suga sa CD-ROM. So basically akong buhaton kung tang-tangon nako ang IDE cable sa CD-ROM ok na iyang boot, dli na sya mo reboot.

Bai, STUPID ka dli ka kabasa? Tan-awa kuno ang post, bago ka mag suggest. kung wala kay ika suggest or mag pa swito ka ayaw dri, Apil sa parade ugma sa mga swito. UPGRAGE na imo utok 1G para maka basa tanan unsay naka post dri.

try changing the ide cable to the CD-rom. If this doesn't work probably the cd-rom needs changing. I had a cd-rom problem before.It wouldn't read also pero dili lang mo restrat. Tungod sa ka tiguwang nato sa cd-rom

I had a similar problem with my computer about a year ago: it would spontaneously reboot and the CD/DVD drive would light up and would open by itself (not in your case though). Eventually I had to replace the CD/DVD drive and the reboot problem disappeared. YMMV.
