    Default What was you FIRST EVER PC and how many times have you upgraded since?


    Just thought it would be interesting to look back hehe...

    MY FIRST EVER (1998 )

    Intel Celeron 300AMHz (slot1 interface)
    PC Chips motherboard (forgot the model number na hehe)
    128MB RAM
    Western Digital 3.2GB hard drive
    Intel i740 8MB AGP video card

    SECOND COMING (2002)

    Intel Celeron 1.2GHz
    512MB RAM
    ASUS motherboard w/ integrated video
    10GB Seagate Barracuda

    THIRD TIME'S A CHARM (2008-present)

    Here's my main rig:
    MSI P45 Platinum (FSB 1600)
    Intel Core 2 Quad Q8200
    2GB Corsair DDR2 PC6400
    EVGA GeForce GTX 260 (2 in SLI)
    SILVERSTONE OP1000-E 1000W

    and the secondary, which my sister uses:
    MSI G31M3-F w/ integrated video
    Intel Core 2 Duo E4600
    1GB Kingston DDr2 PC6400

    And through those years, kaduha ra jud tawn ga elis ug monitor. First was a 15" DTS CRT monitor and a 17" Samsung CRT Flat monitor.

    1st family pc was a 286 66MHz computer, hehehe. 4MB pa ang memory adto niya and CGA video card...

    when it broke, instead of buying parts, my father gave me instead a very heavy book on computer repair and maintenance. and dats how i learned repairing, hehehe...

    i think 486 to among pc sauna, 16MB mem, 400+ MB harddisk

    win 3.1 pa to at first, nya ni switch mi later on to win 95.

    as for the first PC which i could call "mine", it was a P4 1.8ghz w/ intel d845e mobo, 256mb ram, geforce2 ti bought last 2001. the 1st pc i played games like dune2,x-wing,rott,dott,etc was my father's 386 clone (by amd, around 1993) w/ 5mb ram, later on upgraded to 486dx w/ creative cdrom + sound blaster

    I cannot remember the complete details anymore but here goes

    First ever PC was like a 286/386 66Mhz system then upgraded to a PI-200Mhz along with the entire system thats when my interest in computers and overclocking started ( with the PI-200Mhz )
