Job Description: Technical Support Engineers/System Administrator
As a TSE/System Administrator your main responsibilities will be to communicate, assist, investigate, troubleshoot and resolve customer problems in a timely and professional manner. You will be interacting with our highly technical customers via e-mail and ticketing system. That's why apart from your solid technical skills, you should also be proficient in written and spoken English.
Other responsibilities will be to help out in configuring, setting up, maintaining all of our products, services, and systems. Basically, the typical stuff that system administrators do.
Requirements:
* Extensive experience and skills in system administration
* Proficient in Unix
* Willing to work on a graveyard shift
* Team player
