There are great custom Mac sleeves on Multiply. I think one is called Drunken Panda.
For generic brands, there's always Case Logic or Built NY. And of course, if budget is really on top of your criteria, there's always CD-R King. My friend got his for only PhP 180 for his Macbook Pro 13".
