xr's are not build for speed. a stock xr can top 120 though.
if you want faster acceleration get a bigger rear sprocket.. but you will lose some top end

here is some mods sa xr200 and thats my current setup...
Racing CDI= no limmiter...
port&polish intake and exhaust
46/13 sprocket combination
open pipe
and motard set up...

with port and polish + Racing CDI i can go 110KPH on 4th gear and na top nako sa akong motor 125kph

mas kosug cya if motard set up?, an stock na muffler pulihan og open pipe mas mka improve? dba maayo an stock na muffler?
port and polish? never heard of that pa.unsa na cya?

plan nko mag replace og new muffler for a start, what brand maayo pwede nko e puli sa ako stock?

sir neo,ask lng ko unsa problema sa ako xr mapalong man kalit bsan paspas na ako dagan, ako nman unta g limpyohan an contacts sa ako ignition.naa ba kha grounded ani? sa ako carburator sad naa small traces of gasoline mura ga leak,is it a problem sa carburator? hope to hear ur reply soon.

sounds like an electrical prob..i doubt its the carb.. lets wait for other experts.

haven't tried that yet..naka try ko mo off kalit inig idle..kay hugaw ang carb..
pag limpyo ok na.. ako friend had the same prob as yours..bcan pas2 iya dagan mo off xa..cdi toh iyaha
