Pwede ba maka kuha ug business permit kung personal buy and sell lang ako plan nga business? I mean, wala ko store,place, etc. ngita lang ko supplier from manila then sell it to some store here iin cebu... I need an official receipt para maka baligya ko kay ang store nga ako suplayan mangita man jud ug official receipt... I think to get an official receipt I need to apply business permit? Or naa ba lain way? thanks!

adto ka DTI kuha business permit para sole proprietorship. I think mao ra jud na pwede kay kailangan man kaha ka naa jud official receipt.

after sa dti,you need to have a business permit,then pa-register ka sa BIR,kay ang BIR ang mo-issue ug OR para sa imo business.

if naa ka friend nga naay business pwede ka maki gamit sa iya receipt..hangyoa lng...

But you have to pay the taxes to him.. kay magbayad sya tax ana..

Yes you can, apply for single proprietorship at DTI NERBAC one stop shop (SSS, Phil. health, Mayors permit, DTI, BIR). dool sa Sto. nino ug DFA ila office.

daghan pa kaayo na ug kulang.after ma-release imo DTI certificate,maglukat na pud ka ug business permit,then after ma-release imo business permit,moadto na pud ka sa BIR para magpa-register ka,after ma-release imo certificate sa BIR,moadto na pud ka ug printing press,para magpa-print sa imo mga receipts,ang taga printing naa ana mo-process sa BIR,kay mangayo man na sila ug authority to print sa BIR,after naa na ka mga reciepts,pwede na ka maka-start sa imo business.

Hire a book keeper para siya na tanan lihok ana..

1. Secure office location, either rented or owned. If rented, secure Lease contract & O.R. for payment of real estate tax. If owned by your relatives/ reinds that you are not renting but willing to let you use the area with out rent, make Certification of NO Rental plus copy of O.R for payment of real estate tax. If you own the place, then present payment of real estate tax.
2. DTI
3. Mayors Permit (mao ni ang taas na process)
4. BIR registration & printing sa Sales Invoice & O.R.
