I would say that Tomas has made Cebu a better city than Rama. Obviously because he has been in office for more than a decade. Pero kung ako lang ang pasultion, mas better jud nga Mayor si Tommy. Mas dako jud ug impact ang mga decisions ni tommy sa mga issue sa cebu. I think usa na ato ang katong pagpahawa ta sa mga taga barangay luz ug sa kanang atbang sa Tesda, nga gibabagan jud ni tommy. Nya labi na sa tanan ang SRP. Which will be a very big profit for the City of Cebu.

Mayor: Tommy Osmena - Track record without a doubt nindot.
Vice Mayor: Joy Young - I believe that tommy will have a good decision. So he needs someone in the City council to uphold his decision.
