dako jud na ikatabang sa Environment. Pero sa mga SUPERMARKET unta, instead nga plastic, paper bag lang unta ang gamiton kanang coming from recycled papers, pero kanang nindot sad nga paper bag maayo sad ug quality para dili dali mabusbus or magisi dayon.

SM and rustan's both have resuable bags that offer points incentives to their frequent shoppers.

it doesn't have to be a buyot or bayong. it can be any random reusable bag, or our daily handbags/backpacks.

the reality is, most of the plastic bags that we bring home from shopping are hardly big enough to have any practical recyle/reuse purpose, so why accept them in the first place?

the point is to minimize the circulation of plastics bags. it takes a conscious effort to refuse the check-out bagger's efforts to put your purchases in a plastic bag that you probably won't reuse. if it isn't wet, it doesn't stink, and it fits in your bag, why not put it in your bag? remember to keep the receipt as proof of purchase until you exit the mall/shop to avoid being hassled by store staff/security.

i used to argue with store staff of gaisano, national bookstore and sm who all insisted in packing even the tiniest purchase into a 3 x 5 plastic bag that was gonna wind up in the trash. lately, they all seem to understand the effort, and just make it a point to hand me my receipts when i leave the cashier/payment counter.

people, your individual efforts CAN help the environment, or any other cause you choose to be involved in.

pariha ngari sa tahiti,imong paliton sa pirmero ang recycled plastic bag nila,unya madugay nag balik bati naman ilang ilisan dika na magbayad ,ang problema lang dili nimo kalimtan kay makapalit naman kag usab ,wala namay plastic ang casher ngari gibag-o nila ang pamaagi aron wala nay plastic ang mga basurahan ug wala nay plsatic nga ilabay sa mga bunsaran.
