do u know any judge here in cebu who can officiate a garden wedding?co'z this is the situation, my husband to be is catholic and i'm a born again. para patas, mas maayo kung judge nalang pro traditional wedding gihapon, naay entourage & evrythng except there will be no priest or pastor.
