Default HELP! How do you start a Business Partnership?

    Hi,
Me and my friend are planning to start a partnership with our business. The thing is, we don't know where to really start, we already have the product and stuff, but I mean the legal stuff like SEC forms, BIR, etc. Can someone help me out with this?

    thanks!

It's probably better to get the services of Law Firms and other consulting firms doing this sort of services to do these things for you. They will charge you a reasonable fee ofcourse but this will really save you time and other expenses like transportation, notarial, incidentals costs among others if you do it yourself.

You have better use of your time than going back and forth to these government agency's asking for directions and what to do next, who to talk to, making follow-ups, etc.

This is very true to your case as the Law and Accounting procedures for a Partnership is way trickier than that of Corporations.

@j2sun: Hi there, your problem is quite easy to solve. There are certain procedures to follow in order for you to start your business. For these types of procedures, you can acquire the services of a BOOK KEEPER. They can facilitate the processing of the documents for the Mayors Permit, SEC, DTI and everything else. As for charges, they can charge you from P500 - P1500 per month as retainers fee as they will also be the one to do your accounting. If you know an accountant, just ask for a BOOKKEEPER.
