Make a voice changer app ts for making calls. There is one voice changer app but the call is made only for wifi/data connection. Not available for cellular network. Some are fake.

the CIRCA app is useful to me. not only it has a user-friendly UI display but it also brings the most current events of the world. pretty handy to any mobile devices
