i usually drink 1 glass of Skim milk every morning together with my oats and eggs... good source of carbs and protein (casein)... and.. tada! CALCIUM! for your bones! I heard about milk also makes your skin smoother... healthier... hmm.. and it works for me! hehe...
a meal before sleep... yep! milk improves better sleep.. therefore improves better health!
And if you are taking Zinc related supplements, don't take it together with milk. Calcium blocks out the absorption of zinc...
Milk gives you a lot of benefits, try to google it out...

i used to drink a lot of soy milk before but my doctor warned about uric acid..so i stopped and just drink soy milk a little less..
soy milk is good for alternative protein from red meats, etc.
