how do you place a picture behind a window.
example: i am viewing a folder , then i want theres a picture. kanang murag asitate tan-awon ba.
how do u do that?

kasway ko ani sauna sa win98 pa. naa ni sa customize folder option. pero sa xp nailisan ug default na mga background options. naa kaha another way? maybe a third party program.. search the net, anything is possible
