URGENT!!! Looking for: Customer Support Manager
Someone who has capacity or experience to manage a support team
call center experience is a plus
Must have good English communication (oral and written)
Knowledge about basic HTML and CSS is a plus (product is html related)
Knowledge about wordpress or zendesk also a plus but not required.
Willing to work on US Eastern Standard timezone (nightshift)
this is a homebased position.
