Daily To Do List
• Clean up New Database Entries into OfficeAutopilot from the Last 24 hours
• Check eSupport and reply to all emails that you can do and send the rest onto Naomi
• Check client's Facebook Personal Messages and Delete Anything not personal
• Accept new Facebook friends and categorise by list
• Check client's Facebook for people having a birthday and leave them a personal message
• Check Company Facebook Group and Accept or Decline Group Access Requests
• Send a personal email to everyone that joins Company Database, so we can Tag them better
• Add new Company Members to OAP and MBB
• Send emails to new Company Members for photos and to add them to the FB group
Weekly To Do List
• Call everyone who has stopped receiving emails to get new email address
• Ensure that your computer is backed up and all files are in more than one place
• Check client's site and reply, delete or archive all emails
• Check eSupport and reply to all emails that you can do and send the rest onto
• Post new blogs on WordPress Site -- client's site
• Optimize new blogs for on page SEO
• Comment on other related Youtube channels
• Load New Member Photos in Template and Upload Files to Dropbox
• Update Tour Numbers Spreadsheet and Email to client
