I'll be honest to you. Mura'g lisud or wla juy ni offer ug at least 20 hours aning programming sa C/C++.

For a fact nga it is programming (Idk if new to programming bka or dli ),

pero C language is procedural ni siya meaning(Everything you want to include in your program, needs to be coded)
while C++ is object oriented which supports multiple inheritance (kuti2x pud unlike sa java ).

Though if dli ka new to programming, advantage jud and expected sad jud nga lesser siya ug hours as compared to the beginners.
In my case,we have programming 1 & 2, then naa pay implementations sa data structures(lahi nga sub. pero C jpon ang language).

Ang pinakapractical cguro nmu nga buhaton (makasave ka ug kwarta ) is to self study.
Try watching videos sa youtube nya use google as your reference.

    Good Luck!

The best C++ book IMHO is Visual Quickstart Guide C++ Programming by Ullman and Signer

well, the best thing to learn object oriented languages is to make games, even simple text based ones.
