Just go for natural. Diet, Excercise, and the being active. Because the satisfying feeling once you get to that point. Just make sure to watch what you eat and eat alot of fruits.
I suggest you enroll a Yoga class for a healthy diet and do practice natural lifestyle..then couple it with brisk walking or running, PM me if you want to have a personal Running calendar

to lose weight u dont need to exercise trust me iv done it and u need to eat at list 3 tyms a day kung mahimo 4tyms, only 1 way to lose w. fast, its the no carbo method, i lost 30 pounds i think n 4months i think or was it 5,
