    any tips in mind to lose weight? im opening this topic for those who are having problems in losing weight.. and that includes me.... heheheehe is it advisable to take those weight losing tablets?

    Just go for natural. Diet, Excercise, and the being active. Because the satisfying feeling once you get to that point. Just make sure to watch what you eat and eat alot of fruits.

    I suggest you enroll a Yoga class for a healthy diet and do practice natural lifestyle..then couple it with brisk walking or running, PM me if you want to have a personal Running calendar

    to lose weight u dont need to exercise trust me iv done it and u need to eat at list 3 tyms a day kung mahimo 4tyms, only 1 way to lose w. fast, its the no carbo method, i lost 30 pounds i think n 4months i think or was it 5,

    you may loss weight, but you may also have a high risk of getting heart problems...

    Btaw naa ba diay yoga dri cebu I suggest you take Virgin Coconut Oil its very effective! trust me...

    very important factors to consider in losing weight are: hardwork and self-discipline...

    eat more lose more...
    eat carbs... eat protein...eat fats!
    drink plenty of water... cold... not warm (especially during exercise)...
    dont run! nor jog! WALK!
    Sleep!
    Be consistent...
    Lift heavy!
