Can SE Cradle DSS-25 support to communicate over K700i?

I happened to try using this cradle (specifically for P800/P900) to link my k700i with my pc. it work for a while then after i transfered some themes and 1 mp3... it stop communicating already and says something about an error that i need to contact SE tech support. wheww!!!

Could any body help me out on this?

Try resinstalling the software, this should normally work

try getting the latest syncstation software from the se site, or better yet use FMA at http://fma.sourceforge.net/ it has more features for connecting with your se phone

what's your firmware version now? did you notice any improvements for your phone?
