Transferring Medical School in Cebu Help!!!!

I am currently a Freshman Medical student in UC School of Medicine and I am planning to transfer to Cebu Doctors University College of Medicine next school year 2019-2020.

I was wondering if they would accept transferees and if given that I am allowed to transfer, what will be my status? Will I repeat First year or will I proceed to the Second Year status? (given that I do not have failing marks during my First year med)

Any thoughts or suggestions?
