    Default Globe Lines Technical Support / Customer Service Sucks



    If a customer goes to customer service surely that person has
    a problem, issue or concern with how your product or service
    works.And most likely he is not happy or not really in a good
    mood to chischat with - that is why i dont wanna work as customer
    service specialist or technical support, not worth it - Knowing
    this, customer service group should be very particular about
    service time, being polite to the client and should know how to
    communicate so not to feed fire to the burning temper od the cutomer.

    But with Globe Lines, Before reaching the technical service rep
    you have to press number after another after another..if you want English
    press 1, if you want Taglish Press 2, if you want to talk to the crockodile press 1,
    if you want to talk to the monkeys press 2...things like that..two monotonous....
    OK, lets say i can bare with that long process because i want to get
    these concerns addressed....

    The worst part is you have to wait for so long because the technical support is
    "currently engaged" as the operator would say. More than 30 minutes bai grabeeee..
    ma samot ka kasapot kai dugay kaau...boring pa gyud ug music sa call waiting kai classic.....
    Globe Lines wake up...what kind of customer service you have...

    Agree gyud ko ana bro unyaabtik ra ba na cla maningil unlike sa ilang competitor. If you cannot pay on the due date you will receive notice of disconnection dayon...Unlimited man kaha limited man diay ato access.. haay. mahay bitaw ko nibalhin ko.

    kay ekw mn ang nginahanglan ug tabang pasensya na lng jd ka.
    try finding some alternatives nga d ka mabored ug kapoyan maghuwat.
    Here are my suggestions.
    1. If the agent is currently engage and you keep on hearing the recording, place the phone on speaker.
    2. Try to troubleshoot sd bsin pa dai, who knows it cod be the fault of your computer not the provider.
    3. Don't rely too much on technical support. Learn how to deal with your problem.
    4. Lastly, balhin ug provider dli mn lng Globe naa sa ato dri.

    Mao lagi, im pointing this out coz way au ang customer service ba...if abtik sila maningil abtik ta sila sa ila responsibilities to the subscribers....

    To dazednconfused: Thanks for you suggestion bro but no thanks, kung akiw naay panginahanglan and you ask help from the responsible individual/group ang output unta ana bro matabangan ka....dili pun an imo problema....im pointing this out para matarong ang ila bulok nga customer service...i ask help from tech support kai dili na kaya ako powers...kung madala pa unta nako fix and i have the luxury of time to do it, yes why not, but mao gani escalate nako to tech support ako blema kai dili ko kasolve....did you get it?...

    siguro dli pud lalim pud sa usa ka customer rep nga mohandle ug ing-ana.to think, dili raman guro ikaw ang ilang gi entertain, so busy gyud.mas grabe if usa ra ka customer rep ang naghandle anang globelines..(im not sure about that.)..
    so i guess,patience lang pud.bisan ang customer rep dili ganahan ma delay ilang customers coz thats what they're paid for.

    Dili gyud..wala gyud na sila ayo.. bisan gani pagcall lang bati na how much more kung mo adto ka sa ilaha center... sos wala gyud ayo.. magpataod ka ug phone .. 48 years nalang wala gyud ka pa mataoran bisan nagpay naka and naka reserved na sa imo name... ila i promise sa imoha ky 3-5 days lang ang i wait then taoran naka line ..but 1 month nalang wala gihapon.. grabi..... makaboang gyud na sila...

    escalate tngali nmu sa CEO sa Globe or sa media bsin pa,..
    again bro, kn dli ka satisfied sa ela service balhin ka ug provider ky dli ra cla ang provider sa ato.
    Not unless wa na ka choice e.g. cla raba kaha ang maka abot sa inyo area.

    Dili sad in ana oi.... you know what bisan gibutang nana sa news paper ky daghan na ni reklamo but still la gihapon action ang globe.. ingna lang gyud baga na kaayo na ila fes... .... maybe ang purpose pag post diri para lan mapagawas nato ang ato mga hinanakit and to let us know sad di tayo nagiisa.. dili kay para makahibaw sila as if sad mo basa ang CEO ani...diba? :mrgreen:

    Hey dazednconfused...didnt you know that this is one way of making noise? ...think about sa hasol nga ako naagian pagapply and all those things..kai i thought ok ra ang globe....i wont just give up without a fight..kung pariha cguro ko nimo ug utok nga give up lang dayon bro walay asinso pilipinas nimo bro....they have to listen to the market...remember maski gagmay rami nga client pero we need something better pud oi...we are paying for it...

    You mentioned escalate sa CEO, mao di ni trabaho sa CEO bro? First i just want to make in a smaller scale nga pag pagawas sa ako aligotgut, if a lot of people can no longer take sa poor service sa Globe then thats the time nga escalate...para mas kusog kai daghan..kung moescalate man gani dili sa CEO bro or sa medya. Adto sa proper forum like sa NTC....

    but thanks anyway sa imo suggestion....
