wait pud ko ani ky naay mga amd fanatics diri hehehe
All of NVIDIA's chipsets for the AM2 are quite good.
nForce 680a <--- currently the best chipset for AM2 (or any of the nforce6xxa series chipsets)
nForce 550/570/590
AMD's own 690G chipsets are also good, if you want better integrated graphics than Intel's.
Check out Anandtech's reviews.. they are quite good

hrmm mostly SLI chipsets man ilang gipang review..i'm looking for bang for the bucks kind of rating. so far akng nakitan na readily available dri kay mga nforce4 (?) ra man them mga barato kaau..although i think duol2x ra sad og price ang 690G-based mobos..so change nlng nako akng question:
nforce4xx or 690G? i'm planning to include a vid card (not sli/crossfire tho)
nforce4 chipsets dont support DDR2, hence AM2 incompatible. Your only (non-SLI) choice is the nForce 520 (low-end) and nForce 550/560 (mid-range, which is what I'm using... so far so good), or the nForce 630a/GeForce 7050 chipset.
AMD's 690G is also good. But I've always preferred NVIDIA's chipsets since I'm green.. errr, since I like green. But AMD's also green, so I'm confused..
Whatever floats your boat...
