Looking for game card Dealers in Cebu

We'll be opening our internet cafe really soon and I hope someone can help me with this.

I'm looking for an official dealer of game cards for different online games like Level Up! games, MyGame (Special Force), e-Games, etc. so we can buy the cards for discounted prices.

I've already applied for LoadCentral kaso d nag-reply ng maayos yung dealer and we want to also sell actual cards for people like me who prefer that instead of e-PINs.

Does anyone here know where we can buy game cards at discounted prices? Also, san pwede bumili ng game posters dito? We've tried looking in Colon & Carbon yesterday to no avail.

I tried Digital Martian - almost 4 hours bago makuha yung load.
Sa LoadCentral naman, wala pa kaming nakakausap na matino.

Cellularis (before as i knew it)
they sell all kinds of card from cellular to game top-up cards
but their advertisements still says they sell game top-up cards

they have a new branch in ACT bld. opposite of E-mall in leon kilat street.
