hello everyone out there.. please help me, i need some advice to all person in istorya.net having a business.

I will tell you about my business, i want to make a small business like this one. A coin machine operated with personal computer. I want to grab this kind opportunities in the small business area. the problem and get bother on this....


Do i need to have a barangay permit or do i have to required a business permit on barangay?
