I will not agree of what you said... i don't think that they used it for personal interest. He proved to the nation of the Enrile's administration that there is favoritism in term of budget distribution to each senators? Are you just blind on this things? That is why Sen. Allan wants an external auditor to prove if there is something wrong with in Enrile's Administration. That is just find out if there is?...

The Cayetanos are as greedy as the Estradas when it comes to power and money. And although Enrile may well be on his way to becoming like them (Jackie is going to win), the fact remains that their are two siblings from the same immediate family serving the Senate at the same time. Pia Cayetano is known to have won the Senate after benefiting from FG's contributions.
