1. Customer Service Representatives for a Travel & Tour Reservations Account


QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 6 months to 1 year Customer Service (Inbound) experience
- Excellent English communication skills
- Flexible in terms of schedule
- Willing to work in our Cebu Office


What you do?
- Receive or answer inquiries about travel schedules, confirmation and package information.


Successful candidates will enjoy the following benefits:
- Weekly pay (Monthly salary range: P16,000 - P18,000)
- Transportation allowance
- Bonus/performance incentives (campaign specific)
- Weekends off


2. Data Verification Agents (Outbound Campaign - Dayshift)


Qualifications:
- Must have at least 6 months Outbound calling experience.
- Excellent English communication skills
- Must be a team player and can work with INTEGRITY and HONESTY
- Strong attention to details


Your responsibilities:
- To call and verify company information. Yes, as easy as that!!! Purely, data verification.


Successful candidates will enjoy the following benefits:
- Weekly pay (Monthly salary range: P16,000 - P18,000)
- Transportation allowance
- Bonus/performance incentives (campaign specific)
- Weekends off


3. IT Support


Salary range: P19,000 - P21,000


Your responsibilities:
- Network Monitoring
- Server Management
- Daily and weekly reporting


Qualifications:
- Must be knowledgeable in Asterisk and Vicidial
- Must have experience in Server Management (Linux based)
- Basic programming (PHP language)
- Express himself well - verbal and written
- Must be very organized and able to manage time wisely
- Must be felixibe in terms of shift schedule
